Meet Angela ...
Your co-collaborator and facilitator for inner exploration, creative reflection and growth work
For your reassurance, I’ve been there too. I know what it’s like to lose sight of what I want or where I’m going, and what it takes to find my way back, to rebuild safety, reclaim my energy, and choose myself with kindness and courage.

I’ve left the thing, the place, and started again, more than once. I’ve lived and worked in different countries, launched new projects, reshaped my work, and learned how to review, renew, and realign when life calls for change.
A Bit More About Me
Playful. Curious. Rebellious
I’m a freedom-loving soul, naturally a bit of a rule-breaker, happiest outside the lines and dancing in places I probably shouldn’t.
I find joy in being fully myself, and I love supporting others to find that same freedom: to shake off what’s restrictive, to speed up or slow down as they need to, to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with life.

Outside of work, I’m a mother and a lifelong student of growth, movement, and creativity. You’ll often find me dancing (5Rhythms and expressive movement are my go-tos), reading endlessly, diving into new trainings, moving my body at the gym, or tending to my plants. These are the spaces that keep me grounded, playful, and alive, the same qualities I bring into my coaching.

Professional Background

With over 15 years of training and experience in transformational and change work, I bring a depth of understanding that bridges therapy, embodiment, and leadership development. My background spans coaching, counselling and psychotherapy, creative and expressive arts therapies, art-as-process, focusing and focusing-oriented expressive arts (FOAT), eco-therapy, wilderness therapy, and psycho-spiritual practice, all of which inform a grounded, human approach to growth and change.

I’m a Certified Somatic and Trauma-Informed Coach (The School of Positive Psychology) and a Certified Insight Coach (trained with John Strasser), and have completed an ICF Accredited Level 2 ACTP Coach Training (The Creative Consciousness Academy).
My work draws on Polyvagal Theory, nervous-system regulation and stabilisation, IFS parts work, and a deeply trauma-informed lens. I’m currently completing my CMI Level 7 Qualification (RQF Level 7 | UK postgraduate level) in Somatic and Trauma-Informed Coaching and Leadership with The School of Positive Psychology, and training in Wilderness Psychotherapy, with a vision of taking leaders outdoors into spaces of nature, reflection, and reconnection.
