Meet Angela
I work with women who want to handle relationships differently - not by fixing themselves or managing others, but by building the inner clarity and steadiness needed to relate well.

This work is shaped not only by my professional training, but by lived experience. I’m a mother to three children at very different stages of life - an adult, a teenager, and a young child - and I know first hand how relationships, identity, and responsibility shift over time.
I’ve been married, divorced, and re-partnered. I’ve stayed. I’ve left. I’ve made choices that worked - and choices that taught me.

I’ve lived and worked in different countries, started businesses, taken risks, and rebuilt more than once. I know what it’s like to trust yourself into the unknown, and I also know what it’s like to lose touch with yourself in relationship - to stay quiet, to over-accommodate, or to realise later that something important went unsaid.
Professional Background
With over 15 years of training and experience holding space for transformational and change work, I bring a depth of understanding that spans coaching, counselling and psychotherapy, creative and expressive arts therapies, and somatic approaches; all of which inform a grounded, human approach to growth and change.

I’m a BACP Registered Counsellor, Certified Somatic and Trauma-Informed Coach (The School of Positive Psychology) and a Certified Insight Coach (trained with John Strasser), and have completed an ICF Accredited Level 2 ACTP Coach Training (The Creative Consciousness Academy).
My work draws on polyvagal theory, nervous-system regulation and stabilisation, IFS parts work, therapeutic sensitivity and a trauma-informed lens.
