Together, we take a one-to-one coaching journey which offers you a supportive space to come back into honest relationship with yourself first - to get clear on your needs, boundaries, and inner truth, so you can express all of that in your relationship with less charge and more ease.

This work is about creating the inner clarity to connect with what's happening and what you want, and don't want, so that you can start showing up, and speaking up, in a way that's true for you. Together we find the right words to structure what you want to say in a way that’s clear, confident, and compassionate.
When you do this work, you create the best possible conditions for you to be heard and met well in your relationships and family.

How it Works
​
This is a private, one-to-one coaching space, shaped around what you’re navigating and the pace that feels right for you.
​
Some women work with me over a shorter period of time, focusing on a specific relational challenge. Others choose a longer container to build deeper clarity, steadiness, and confidence in how they relate. We agree the length and rhythm of our work together based on what you’re needing.
​
Sessions are spaced to allow time for reflection, integration, and real-life application - so the work can land, rather than feeling rushed or overwhelming.

A free 30-minute clarity call before we begin, to explore what you’re navigating and whether this work feels like the right fit

One-to-one coaching sessions (60 minutes, via Zoom)
(The number of sessions is agreed depending on the length of work we decide on together)

Between-session reflection prompts and resources to support noticing patterns, building clarity, and practising new ways of relating

Light weekly WhatsApp or email check-ins for continuity and support between sessions
How The Work Unfolds
We begin by noticing the patterns that tend to show up in your relationships - where you stay quiet, over-accommodate, or hold things in, and where things can build up and spill out in ways that don’t feel good afterward.
​
From there, we focus on getting clearer about what’s actually true for you - your needs, values, limits, and inner responses - and building language that feels accurate and usable in real conversations.
​
We then practise how to bring this into relationship: expressing yourself more clearly, listening more effectively, and staying regulated and grounded when things feel charged.
Over time, this work supports you to trust yourself more in relationship - to respond with greater clarity and integrity, and to make decisions from a place that feels steadier and more self-led.
Practical Details
​Relational Capacity Coaching is offered in time-limited blocks, so the work has enough space to be meaningful without feeling open-ended or overwhelming.
​
Most people begin with a minimum block of four sessions, which allows time to understand patterns, build clarity, and start practising new ways of relating. From there, you may choose to continue for a longer period, depending on what you’re working through.
