My coaching isn’t corporate, and it isn’t clinical. It’s human. It’s for the part of you that’s tired of pushing, perfecting, or performing, and ready to lead and live from a more grounded, relational, and embodied place.

​Regulation before Action. We slow down before we speed up. Together we explore how your body, emotions, and thoughts respond to pressure, and how to return to steadiness before taking your next step.
Reflection before Reaction: We bring awareness to what’s driving your responses, the patterns, stories, and emotions beneath behaviour, so you can respond with clarity and authenticity, not autopilot.
Integration before Performance: Change lasts when it’s embodied and understood. Coaching becomes a space to align insight with action, translating inner steadiness into outer impact.

Somatic Practice
Presence. Regulation. Connection
​The body is our ally in this work. Real change begins when we include it.
Through somatic noticing, nervous-system regulation, and polyvagal-informed practice, we explore how your body interprets cues of safety and threat, and how those cues shape your thoughts, moods, and decisions.
​
As you learn to recognise and work with these signals, rather than push through them, your system finds more balance and flexibility. This embodied awareness allows movement that feels aligned, not forced, so your head, heart, and body are working together in the same direction.

Trauma Informed Awareness
Compassion. Understanding. Choice
Our past experiences quietly shape how we think, lead, relate, and respond. This pillar invites curiosity and gentleness toward the protective patterns that once kept you safe but may now hold you back.

Drawing on trauma-informed approaches, parts work, and deep emotional attunement, we focus on stabilisation and resourcing, helping both your body and mind feel safe enough to explore, reflect, and experiment with new ways of being.

From that steadiness, new insights and possibilities emerge: more choice, more agency, and a way of leading that feels grounded rather than reactive.

Drawing on therapeutic coaching and positive psychology, this phase integrates everything we’ve uncovered, bringing healing and direction together, so intention becomes impact and change is lived, not performed.
Working Together
A grounded, three-month coaching journey designed for real, lasting change.For those who lead, care, and achieve deeply, and want to do it without losing themselves

The Grounded Leadership Journey: Everyone begins with a six-session foundation, spaced fortnightly over around three months. This gives time for safety, trust, and insight to build naturally, no rushing, no shortcuts.

- 
Investment: £600 for the six-session journey. At the end of this foundation, we’ll review what’s shifted, the insight, growth, and capacity that has emerged, and decide what feels right next. Most client's continue with single sessions, or further x6 session blocks.
 
- 
Session Format: 1:1 coaching sessions, 60 minutes each, via Zoom or in person (where possible).

- 
Between-Session Support: You’ll receive tailored reflections and resources to accompany your journey, helping insights settle and new patterns take root. Between each session, you’re welcome to one WhatsApp or email check-in for integration, reflection, or clarification.
